Alloy

For further information on Alloy products, contact us at sales@glowtestertechnologies.com

Manufacturing:  The quality of our “Blue Heron” partial denture alloys plays a major role in our Company.  When determining the quality of the finished alloy, the grade of the ore chosen is as important as the chemistry in the mix. Our manufacturing has stringent production controls in place assuring consistent elemental control and the highest quality partial denture alloys available. This is readily evident by examining the cleanliness of the crucible after casting.

Quality Assurance: All raw materials are inspected and certified prior to manufacturing. Every element used is traceable and certified to be of the highest quality available. Stringent procedures and approvals are followed for each pound of product packed prior to shipping.  Our manufacturing process uses state-of-the-art equipment resulting in a very clean alloy - capable of producing a high-quality partial denture alloy casting every time.

Elemental Control: “Blue Heron” products are all certified using traceable standards.

Our laboratory equipment includes:

“Blue Heron”™ Partial Denture Alloys

Are you tired of broken clamps, puts, porosity or incomplete castings? It could be in the quality of the alloy you are using…
